FREE ENTRY
FOR
BARS, CAFÉS, RESTAURANTS,
TEA ROOMS & COFFEE SHOPS
On
the condition you offer a gluten-free or wheat-free option to diners,
we will list your establishment for FREE. A jacket potato is gluten-free,
but hopefully you can offer more than this. You don’t even have
to highlight these options on your menu, although if you want to increase
your market share we strongly suggest you do.
Gluten is found in barley, oats, rye and wheat. Most processed food
contains gluten. The medical term for anyone with an allergy to gluten
is a coeliac (pronounced see-lee-ac).
The Only Gluten-Free Guide To Gluttony
is not just an informative guide for anyone following a gluten or wheat-free
diet; it is also a reference book of where to find good food in general.
To be listed in this essential annual guide, please click to download
the ‘Entry form ’ below.
If you have a photograph (min 300dpi) of your establishment or a gluten-free
dish you serve, please e-mail it to enquiries@glutenfreegluttony.co.uk
once you have submitted your entry form.
